Shipping Rates And Policies
- Cancellation: No cancellation is possible after 12 PM on the day delivery is scheduled.
- Over-weight: Any orders that cannot be put into a bag or box of average size or are over the weight limit (i.e. too many items on the order, order over 15lbs) will be subject to an additional charge. Customers will be contacted in this event; however, we will not wait for confirmation and items will leave within the normal shipping window.
- Returns: Items ordered online are subject to the normal and current returns policy. Please click HERE to read the full return policy. You will be provided with an original receipt with your order.
- Signatures: Most deliveries can be left without a signature if requested by the customer in the comments of an order (in a mailbox, between screen and front door, etc.). It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a suitable place is available for the delivery person to leave the package if he/she will not be available during the delivery window. In the case of such a request, the delivery becomes the customer's responsibility from the moment it is picked-up by the courier of choice for delivery to this customer.
- Mis-delivery: Once an online order is placed for delivery it is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address, contact number has been entered correctly and that someone will be available at the delivery address to accept the delivery and sign for your order during the delivery window.
- Should the delivery address not be entered properly, and should the order be delivered to the incorrect address as a result, we take no responsibility for the loss of these items. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange to retrieve these items or to get ordered items back in perfect condition (for refund) or to pay for a second order.
- No refunds will be issued without the items being returned in perfect condition, and no second orders will be sent out without receiving second payment.
- Should the delivery fail for any reason, your order will be returned to the store and you will be charged for this return trip (same price as original). Once received we will contact you regarding if you would like a second delivery attempt or the order to be switched to one of our available free services. Should you decide at this point to refund(cancel) your order you will be refunded the price of the ordered items but not the delivery and return charges.
Select the country destination in the shipping cart and your shipping charges will be automatically calculated and displayed. You usually should receive your order in 5 to 15 business days depending on how fast the Customs Department in your particular country clears your order. You will receive an email with tracking information about your order after it is shipped. All orders are "FOB shipping point".
Due to the unpredictable nature of shipping around the world, we cannot guarantee shipping times. Once an international order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded. We do not accept any returns of international orders nor do we issue refunds for international orders.
Customers outside the United States may be subject to additional fees and charges. Please be aware of local custom and importation laws before placing your order as you may be required to pay additional fees after the shipment arrives in your country.

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Additionally, when ordering from LOVERS.COFEE, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country to which you are receiving/sending the goods.
