Return And Policies

We offer a 7 day return window for items that meet the requirements for return. Please contact us via any of our contact channels within seven days of delivery and we will ensure you get resolution

 Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive damaged or defective merchandise, you may contact us {insert email address} or {insert phone number} and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you.

 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for an exchange, credit or refund (excluding shipping and processing fees). All products are guaranteed for one year against defects.

Return Instructions

(a) Send a Complaint

Once your claim is validated, we will provide information on the most suitable means of getting the item from you.

 (c) Track Return Status

We will send you a return waybill number, this will enable you to track the status of your return.

 (d) Get Resolution

Once the item has been received by the seller, we will ensure you get a resolution (A replacement, exchange or refund).

Things To Note

  • Please enclose a copy of your invoice or Packing Slip with your return, if possible if not available then include your name, address, phone number and order number.
  • Please include a detailed note explaining the reason for the return and send returns and exchanges to:
  • Carefully repackage the merchandise. Items must be returned prepaid, in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns sent C.O.D., and original shipping & processing charges are not refundable.
  • Return the package to us via UPS or insured parcel post. Please note you are responsible for the safe return of your merchandise.

International Returns

Please follow the same return procedure as above.

  •  If a package is returned to us as undeliverable we will contact you via email.
  •  A refund will be given for the product only and not for shipping fees or you may elect to have the package resent and an additional shipping fee will be charged.
  • If a package is refused by you for non payment of VAT, duties, taxes or fees we will only refund the items that are returned to us in salable condition.
